Tracy Schober, Owner and Creativity Coordinator, of Imaguration has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, an Associate's Degree in Recreation Leadership, and is working on her Master's in Gerontology. Tracy is also working toward being a certified Kindermusic Teacher in February 2010.

Why create Imaguration? Tracy and her husband, David, had 3 weddings to go to in 2008. They were all more than 3 hours away and ALL family. Having children of her own and no one to watch them during the events she started thinking... After much research she discovered that there is no company in approximately a 3 hour radius that offers themed activities for children during weddings. She also discovered that there are very few themed children's event companies that will come to your home and provide a themed event outside of a magician or a clown. So combining the 2 ideas she created this fresh and exciting service called Imaguration, located in Chatham, NY. As a parent, whom left the corporate scene to care for her child, Tracy understands what a challenge it is to balance home life and work life. This very delicate ecosystem can be thrown into chaos at the thought of planning a party, let alone pulling it off and getting to see your birthday girl/boy blow out their candles and open their gifts. In April 2009 play to learn's Indoor Playground by Imaguration opened it's doors. This offered Chatham and Columbia County another party alternative. The space also housed the play to learn Nursery School Program, Afterschool Sitter Service and the play to learn Summer Exploration Camp. Summer Exploration Camp consisted of week long sessions for children ages 3-6.

In February 2010 Imaguration was forced to close it's brick and mortar location in Chatham, NY. Due to the large amount of overhead and not enough visits from the community the doors close for good on Valentine's weekend. We are hopeful that Imaguration will open again in the future in a different location.
Due to the closing of the Chatham location, Tracy decided to continue to provide child care services for those in need in thier home or hers. Located just minutes from the Taconic Parkway, near Chatham, NY, Tracy and her family are ready to open their home to provide day time and evening child care.
